🏡 What Buyers Need to Know About Agent Compensation

Buyer Representation: What It Means

Buyers are now required to sign a Buyer Representation Agreement before touring homes privately with an agent (open houses excluded).
This document outlines our roles, responsibilites and how we're compensated.

Our Buyer Representation Fee

3% of the final sales price

This can be:

✔️ Paid directly by you

✔️ Requested from the seller as part of your offer

✔️ Offset by only touring homes that offer buyer agent compensation

The Value of Professional Buyer Representation

Behind every home showing, offer, and closing is a licensed professional committed to helping you succeed.

Here’s what your buyer agent brings to the table:

✔️ Licensing and continuing education to stay sharp and compliant
✔️ Professional liability insurance to protect your interests
✔️ MLS access, tech tools, and market data to guide your search
✔️ Strategic planning, offer support, and negotiation expertise
✔️ Legal responsibility throughout the entire transaction

We’re small business owners, paid only when a transaction closes.

Our role is to protect you, your investment, guide your decisions, and help you buy the right home.

Strategy Matters

If you’re making a lower offer and also asking the seller to cover your agent’s fee, it can sometimes make the deal harder to win.

We’ll help you build a competitive and strategic offer—so you get the right house, on the right terms, with the right team behind you.
